# Vito Transactions

> Your full Vito history — every transfer, reward and purchase, with search and type filters.

A full record of everything that has moved your [Vito](/en/members/vito).

## What a row shows

| Column            |                                              |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **User**          | The other party, with their handle           |
| **Type**          | Sent or Received                             |
| **Description**   | What it was for                              |
| **Amount**        | Negative for outgoing, positive for incoming |
| **Balance after** | Your balance immediately after               |
| **Date and time** | When it happened                             |

<Tip>
  **Balance after** is the column to use when reconciling. If it ever skips a value, something moved that is not listed — worth reporting.

## Searching and filtering

<Warning>
  **The search box and type filter only apply to the page you are looking at**, not to your whole history.

  Searching for a member on page 1 will not find a transaction on page 3. Page through manually to find older entries.

## What appears here

Daily rewards, voting rewards, cosmetic purchases, transfers in both directions, app charges and credits, and staff grants.

  The settlement fee on a transfer is reflected in the amount recorded, not listed as a separate row.

## Troubleshooting

    Search only covers the current page. Page back to the date instead.

  <Accordion title="An amount is smaller than I expected">
    The settlement fee is included in the recorded amount.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A charge I never approved is listed">
    Every app charge requires your PIN on the Vetox website. If you see one you did not approve, change your PIN and contact support.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A purchase is missing">
    Cosmetic purchases appear here. If one is genuinely absent, reload — the list is cached briefly.
  </Accordion>
