# Application Analytics

> Submission trends, the applicant funnel, question drop-off and reviewer activity — and how each figure is actually calculated.

A range selector offers **7**, **30** (default) or **90 days**.

## Headline figures

## Submissions over time

A stacked chart of submissions, accepted and denied per day.

<Warning>
  **Every point is plotted against the day the application was submitted, not the day it was decided.**

  An application submitted on Monday and accepted on Friday adds to **Monday's** accepted count. The chart shows the fate of each day's intake — it is not a timeline of reviewer activity.

  Days with no submissions are omitted entirely rather than drawn as zero, so a quiet period appears as a gap.
</Note>

## Applicant funnel

Where applicants drop off between opening a panel and a decision.

| **Eligibility failed**              | Blocked by a role, account-age or membership requirement |

<Note>
  **Started** and **Abandoned** come from activity tracking rather than saved records, because no submission exists for them. The resolved counts come from the submissions themselves.

  If **Started** reads zero while submissions exist, the activity events did not arrive — the submission counts are still accurate.

<Warning>
  **Completion rate is capped at 100%.** Activity events expire after 90 days while submissions persist, which can otherwise make completions exceed starts. A rate pinned at exactly 100% usually means missing start events, not perfect conversion.

## Question drop-off

How many applicants stopped at each question — the fastest way to find the question that is costing you applicants.

<Warning>
  Two real limitations:

  * It reads questions from the **most recently updated panel** only. On a server with several panels, the labels may not belong to the panel whose numbers you are reading.
  * It does **not** support multi-button panels. If your panel uses multiple Apply buttons, this card does not appear at all.

## Top reviewers

The ten most active reviewers, with how many they reviewed, accepted and denied.

<Note>
  **Accept %** is calculated against everything a reviewer resolved, not just their accept-versus-deny split.

  An **Unknown reviewer** row is the automatic system — auto-deny sweeps and member-leave rules.

## Data retention

  Activity events are kept for **90 days**, which is why 90 days is the longest available range. Nothing older can be reported on.
