# डैशबोर्ड वॉचर

> Vetox dashboard के माध्यम से किए गए हर configuration change का audit trail — किसने क्या बदला, और कब।

[Logging](/hi/moderation/logs) record करती है कि **Discord में** क्या होता है। Dashboard Watcher record करता है कि **dashboard में** क्या होता है — settings changes, और उन्हें किसने बनाया।

## Screen

छह columns के साथ एक filterable table: **Timestamp**, **User**, **Module**, **Action**, **Changes** और **Time**।

हर entry *"Updated* {module}*"* पढ़ती है, specific action enabled, disabled, updated, reset, added, removed या reordered के रूप में record होती है। **Changes** cell एक popover खोलता है जो ठीक-ठीक list करता है कि कौन सी settings हिलीं और वे किस पर हिलीं।

## Filters

| Filter     | Options                                             |
| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Module** | सभी modules, या एक specific feature                 |
| **Time**   | सभी समय, पिछले 7, 30, 60 या 90 दिन                  |
| **Search** | User, module, और बदली गई setting names पर free text |

## Retention — इस पर निर्भर होने से पहले पढ़ें

<Warning>
  Dashboard Watcher **प्रति server सबसे हाल की 500 entries** रखता है, **90 दिनों** तक। जो भी limit पहले पहुँचती है वह जीतती है।

  कई staff वाले active server पर, 500 entries **दिन** हो सकती हैं, महीने नहीं। पुरानी entries स्थायी रूप से discard हो जाती हैं और recover नहीं की जा सकतीं।

  यह history **कोई database backup नहीं** होने वाले fast storage में रखी जाती है। यह एक operational audit trail है, compliance record नहीं। यदि आपको configuration changes का स्थायी record चाहिए, तो जो मायने रखता है उसे साथ-साथ export करें।

## क्या record होता है और क्या नहीं

Recorded: Server Setup, एंटी-रेड, Server Insights, Self-Roles, Auto-Roles, Embed Messages, Auto-Reply, Moderation Actions, Access Control, Language, Leveling, Protection, Welcomer, Logging, Commands, Auto-Moderation, Suggestions, Temp Voice, Auto-Interaction, Giveaways, Tickets, और Twitch, Kick, Reddit, Bluesky और Steam notification platforms।

  **कई features बिल्कुल audit entry उत्पन्न नहीं करतीं।** उनमें changes सही ढंग से save होते हैं लेकिन यहाँ कोई निशान नहीं छोड़ते:

  Applications · स्टारबोर्ड · Counting · Battle Pass · Streaks · Colors · Reminders · AI Auto-Mod · AI Server Control · AI Usage · और YouTube, RSS और Podcast notification platforms।

  यदि आप इनमें से किसी change की जाँच कर रहे हैं, तो यह page आपकी मदद नहीं करेगा।

  Entries केवल तब लिखी जाती हैं जब change **सफल** होता है। Rejected या failed save कोई entry नहीं छोड़ता, इसलिए यहाँ अनुपस्थिति का matlab है change प्रभावी नहीं हुआ — यह नहीं कि यह गुप्त रूप से बनाया गया।

## Dashboard Logs

एक दूसरा page, **Dashboard Logs**, वही activity plain chronological list के रूप में filters या pagination बिना दिखाता है। Dashboard Watcher fuller view है — जब तक आप specifically simple list नहीं चाहते तब तक इसका उपयोग करें।

## कब उपयोग करें
