Vetox sells two separate things. Server Premium upgrades one server and is bought by whoever manages it. Membership upgrades your personal account and follows you everywhere.
They are independent. Membership does not unlock server features, and Server Premium does not unlock personal ones.

Tiers

Yearly prices are set independently, not calculated from the monthly price. The saving genuinely differs by tier — it is largest on Black.

With Custom Bot

Custom Bot is an add-on available on Max and Black.
The add-on is **2permonth,butonayearlyplanitis2 per month**, but on a yearly plan it is **15 or 20fortheyear,not20 for the year**, not 24. Some checkout text describes it as ”+$2/month” on yearly plans too — the amount actually charged is the yearly figure above.

What each tier is for

Starter

Everything most servers need: moderation, leveling, welcomes, tickets, giveaways, suggestions, self-roles, counting, streaks. Genuinely usable indefinitely.

Basic

The largest jump. Anti-Raid, embed and advanced messages, sticky and delayed roles, colour panels, most ticket and application features, Battle Pass, and notifications.

Max

Scale and delegation. Unlimited embeds, replies, reminders and starboards, plus Access Control for granular staff permissions, ticket SLAs and business hours.

Black

Adds AI — AI Auto-Moderation, AI Server Control and a 10 million token monthly allowance.
If you are choosing between tiers: Basic unlocks by far the most features. Max is about removing limits and delegating to staff. Black is only worth it if you want AI — it adds almost nothing else over Max.

Feature limits and gates

The complete table of every limit and every gate.

Notifications need Basic

All eight notification platforms require Basic or above. This is the most common reason a server upgrades.

Buying

Premium is bought from the dashboard and processed by Paddle. Payment methods and invoices are handled there.
A subscription belongs to the purchaser’s account, not to the server. If you buy premium for a server you later leave, the subscription is still yours and can be moved to another server.

Sharing a subscription

An invite code applies your existing subscription to someone else’s server. Codes are single-use and expire after 7 days.
This is sharing, not gifting. Billing and ownership stay with you — you remain the payer, and you can revoke it.
Invite codes are only available on Paddle-billed subscriptions. Staff grants, partner subscriptions and promotional subscriptions cannot be shared.

Cancelling

You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is removed early. See Billing for what happens afterwards, and Feature limits for the nine things that are permanently lost on downgrade.
