Tiers
Yearly is not a flat discount off the monthly price — each annual total is set independently, so the saving differs per tier. The amounts above are exactly what the payment provider charges, and they are the amounts shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
What the multipliers do
Both multipliers apply to your personal totals.Profile features
The profile-view count and the monthly digest are free for everyone. Only seeing who viewed you needs Gold.
Two Gold features — top channels and the extended servers list — simply show nothing on a free account rather than prompting you to upgrade. If a card on your profile is empty, that may be why.
Custom profile image
From Gold you can upload your own image and it is drawn behind both your/rank card and your /profile card. Upload it from Profile Customisation or Rank Customisation on the dashboard — PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 3 MB.
If your membership lapses, your image is kept, not deleted — it simply stops being drawn and your selected background is used instead. Re-subscribe at Gold or above and it comes straight back.

Priority support
Every paid tier grants you the matching role in the Vetox support server, which is how staff identify members for priority handling. The role is applied automatically when your membership activates and removed when it ends.Membership and the Vito cosmetic shop
The Vito shop — backgrounds, name colours, fonts, badges — is open to everyone and nothing in it is locked behind a tier. What Membership changes is how fast you earn Vito: a Diamond member earns three times as much per daily claim, so they reach the same cosmetics sooner.The profile features listed above (custom profile image, accent colour, effects, animated frame and banner) are a separate, Membership-only set. They are not sold for Vito.
Managing it
Everything is on the membership page in the dashboard sidebar, or atvetox.io/dashboard/membership. Tiers and prices are also public on the pricing page.
Changing tier
You never buy a second membership to change tier — use Upgrade or Switch on the plan you want, and your existing subscription is moved.
You are shown the exact amount before you confirm. A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled at any time before it takes effect by re-selecting your current plan — you keep the tier you are on.
Cancelling
Cancelling turns off auto-renewal and keeps every benefit until the end of the billing period. You can turn auto-renewal back on from the same page.If a payment fails
You keep your full benefits for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried. The membership page shows the grace state so you can update your card before anything is lost. A membership in grace cannot change tier — fix the payment first.A membership can also be transferred to another account once every 30 days. The transfer is a two-step confirmation, and both accounts are notified.
