What you must have before you can claim

Two hard requirements. Neither can be waived:
  1. A verified email on your Discord account
  2. A Discord account at least 90 days old
Both exist to stop throwaway accounts farming rewards. A brand-new account cannot claim at all.

It expires after 5 minutes. You can request a new one after 90 seconds.

Occasionally, a security check

On a claim that looks unusual, a short “Quick security check” appears first. Complete it and continue.
Five wrong codes locks the claim. Wait for the lock to clear rather than retrying.
The security check is triggered by signals such as a disposable email domain, several accounts sharing one mailbox or device, a datacentre IP address, or claims arriving at suspiciously regular intervals. A normal member on a normal connection will rarely see it.

What you get

The base reward is 5 to 7 Vito, chosen at random, then multiplied.

How the streak bonus scales

The page shows your streak as n/7, but the big bonus lands on the eighth consecutive claim, not the seventh.The extra +10 Vito and the largest multiplier are applied on the claim after you reach 7 — and the streak then resets to zero. If you stop at exactly 7 you never receive it.Claim on the eighth day too.

Losing a streak

Your streak survives as long as you claim within 24 hours of becoming eligible again. Miss that window and it resets to zero.
In practice you have a 24-hour claim window followed by a 24-hour grace window. Claiming at roughly the same time each day is the safest habit.

Worked example

A Gold member on a 5-day streak:
  • Base roll: 6 Vito
  • Streak day 5 → +10% per day → 1.5×
  • Gold → 1.5×
6 × 1.5 × 1.5 ≈ 13 Vito The same member on day 8 also receives the flat +10 on top, then starts again at zero.

Troubleshooting

Your Discord email is unverified, or your account is under 90 days old. Neither can be bypassed.
Check spam. You can request another after 90 seconds. Codes last 5 minutes.
Five incorrect codes. Wait rather than retrying.
Expected — it lands on the eighth claim. Claim once more.
Usually a shared or datacentre IP, a VPN, or several accounts on one device. Claiming from a normal home connection clears it.
More than 48 hours passed between claims. The window is tighter than it looks.
