What it shows

Your current tier, your Vito and XP multipliers, the profile features you have unlocked, and a monthly/yearly toggle.
The yearly prices shown here are lower than what is actually charged, most noticeably on Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The checkout dialog repeats the same figure next to “per year”.The real amounts are on the Membership page. Always confirm the total on the payment provider’s own screen.

Actions

Cancelling is not immediate. You keep your tier, multipliers and profile features until the period you have already paid for ends.

What you lose when it ends

Multipliers return to 1×, and the gated profile features stop.
Vito you have already earned is yours permanently, as is everything you bought with it. Membership only changes the rate of earning.

A known display defect on yearly prices. The payment provider’s screen is authoritative.
It normally applies within a second. Reload; if it persists past 15 minutes, contact support.
