What it shows
Your current tier, your Vito and XP multipliers, the profile features you have unlocked, and a billing panel with your plan, cycle, next charge date, price and an auto-renewal switch. Prices shown here are the amounts the payment provider charges.Actions
You never buy a second membership to change tier — a plan change moves your existing subscription. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
Cancelling is not immediate. You keep your tier, multipliers and profile features until the period you have already paid for ends.
If a payment fails
The page shows a grace period state for 3 days while the payment is retried, and everything keeps working. Update your card in the payment provider’s portal to clear it.A membership in grace cannot change tier. Fix the payment first, then upgrade or switch.
What you lose when it ends
Multipliers return to 1×, and the gated profile features stop.Vito you have already earned is yours permanently, as is everything you bought with it. Membership only changes the rate of earning.

A display defect used to understate yearly prices; it is fixed. If a charge still does not match what you were shown, contact support with the payment provider’s receipt.

That is intended — a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep the higher tier until then, and can cancel the scheduled change by re-selecting your current plan.
