When an application wants to charge your Vito, it creates a request here. Nothing is taken until you approve it.

Two tabs

Pending

Waiting for you. Shows the product, the app, the server, the amount and time remaining.

History

Everything already handled.

Approving

Pay opens a confirmation page on the Vetox website where you enter your PIN.
Your PIN is only ever entered on the Vetox website — never in Discord, never in the requesting app.Any bot or DM asking for your PIN is attempting fraud, no matter how convincing the request looks.
A request expires after 10 minutes. If you are unsure, let it expire — that is the safe default. The app can always issue a new one.
Handled requests are cleared from the list after 7 days.

Rejecting

There is no explicit decline button. Cancel removes it from your list, and ignoring it lets it expire. Both leave your balance untouched.

Before approving

1

Recognise the app

If you do not know it, do not approve it.
2

Check the server

A request from a server you are not in is a red flag.
3

Check the amount

Compare it against what you expected to pay.
4

Confirm you started this

A request you did not trigger should be cancelled, not paid.
A settlement fee applies to charges — see Vito. The amount shown is what leaves your balance.

Troubleshooting

It expired after 10 minutes. Ask the app for a new one.
Cancel it, or let it expire. Never approve an unrecognised charge.
Three wrong attempts locks your Vito account. Reset the PIN by email rather than guessing.
That is between you and the app. Vetox moves the Vito; it does not guarantee what the app provides.
