Using it

Pick a server. The summary shows your tier, your XP toward the next tier, how many tiers you can claim, the XP you can still earn from daily and weekly quests this week, and your rank. Two tabs follow:
Lock the quest you are closest to finishing before rerolling anything else. Rerolls are limited, and a swapped quest starts from zero.
Rewards must be claimed. A tier does not give its role or message until you claim it, and once a season ends its unclaimed rewards can no longer be claimed.

Where progress comes from

Quest progress is earned in Discord: messages, voice time, reactions and so on, depending on the quest. Daily quests reset every day at 00:00 UTC and weekly quests every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Seasonal quests stay for the whole season and are completed once. A quest the server limited to certain dates shows when it ends.
The server decides how strict counting is. It can set a cooldown between counted messages, ignore a message that repeats text you sent in the last ten minutes, limit a quest to certain channels or roles, require a minimum number of words, and name a role that earns no progress. It can also cap the XP daily and weekly quests pay per week; seasonal quests are never capped.

Troubleshooting

That server has no active season, or you have no progress there while its Battle Pass is switched off.
The server turned the feature off, or its plan no longer includes it. Your progress is kept, but quests do not count and rewards cannot be claimed until it is back.
Check the quest’s own limits first: its channels, a minimum word count, its dates. Then the server’s rules: a cooldown between messages, repeated text, or a role that earns no progress. Messages in a thread do not count toward a quest limited to that thread’s channel.
You reached the server’s weekly XP cap for daily and weekly quests. It starts again on Monday at 00:00 UTC. Seasonal quests still pay in full.
Claim it on the Rewards tab or with the Claim button in the server. Rewards are not automatic.
The message says why, for example the reward role was deleted or Vetox is missing a permission. Nothing is lost: the tier stays claimable, so try again once a server admin has fixed it.
You have used this period’s rerolls, the quest is locked or already finished, or the server has no other quest to swap in. Daily rerolls come back tomorrow and weekly rerolls next week; the server sets how many you get (one of each by default, and a server may set zero).
They can no longer be claimed. Claim as you go.
