Using it

Pick a server, then see your quests, your tier progress and your unclaimed rewards.
Lock the quest you are closest to finishing before rerolling anything else. Rerolls are limited, and an accidental swap loses that progress.
Rewards must be claimed. An unlocked tier does not grant its role or XP until you claim it, and a season that ends with rewards unclaimed does not award them retroactively.

Where progress comes from

Quest progress is earned in Discord — messages, voice time, reactions and so on, depending on the quest.
Progress is validated before it counts, and the server decides how strict that is — none of it is fixed by Vetox. Three anti-farm controls exist: a no-progress role, a per-member message cooldown, and blocking repeated identical messages within ten minutes.The cooldown can be set to zero and the identical-message check is opt-in, so a server can leave both off. There is no minimum message length and no rule about staying in one channel. Whether muted voice presence counts is a separate Leveling setting, and it counts by default.

Troubleshooting

That server has no active Battle Pass season, or Battle Pass is switched off there.
Anti-farm filtering. Longer messages across more than one channel, and unmuted voice, all count normally.
Claim it. Rewards are not automatic.
You have used this period’s rerolls, or the quest is locked. Daily rerolls come back tomorrow and weekly rerolls next week; the server sets how many you get (one of each by default, and a server may set zero).
They are lost. Claim as you go.
